What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Cash on Delivery (COD) option is available for customers ordering from Dhaka, Chittagong, Khulna, Rajshahi and Barisal. The price can be paid in cash at the time of delivery. Customers can also choose to pay via bKash, mCash, Upay or Rocket services. Visa, Mastercard and DBBL Nexus cards are accepted as payment methods.

What is the average delivery time period?

The regular delivery of products is done within 1 to 5 working days after the order has been placed. If you need your product urgently, express delivery can be arranged in the Dhaka metropolitan area with a small additional charge and the goods are delivered within 24 hours. The same procedure applies to other areas as well, where our couriers will deliver the goods at pickup points in 64 districts and addresses mentioned on the website within 1 to 5 working days. However, due to traffic problems, sometimes it may take a bit longer than expected. For ‘Pre order’ and ‘Upcoming’ products, delivery will be done within the time specified on our website.
